I started baking many years ago for fun. I was trying to find a recipe for a fruit tart that a "picky" family member would eat and ended up creating the Lemon Mousse Fruit Tart. That one knockout dessert received many compliments and requests, that it sparked the idea of putting together a custom baking business. Ever since then, I've been experimenting with different flavor combinations and decorations, as well as having a blast putting together entire themed dessert bars for special occasions-birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and other special events. Nothing is too big or small.
I'm self taught, but improving with some specialty courses to learn new techniques and skills. My goal is to put out beautiful, tasty and fresh desserts that are as pleasing to the eye as to the taste buds.
